Private One on One Class

1 hour@ $50.00

This is a 1 hour long session beginning with calming breath work, and ending with a 10 minute meditation. I will be giving you instructions personalized for your body and your needs. We can go in depth into alignment, form and flow of the material, and discover what is most valuable for you.


Mindful Breathing

30 minutes@ $5.00

This class is guided meditation that will introduce you to a variety of breath exercises that will help reset and calm your mind. It might be challenging in the beginning of the class but by the end of it I'm confident you will feel better than when you started!
