Meet Jess

Jessica is a Philly-based Certified Run Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, and Wellness Consultant. With 17 years of running experience, she is a former DI Collegiate Sprinter, 3X Boston Marathoner, and 2X Run Across Haiti finisher who turned to distance running as an outlet to cope with the traumas of an abusive partner.

She's raised over $30,000 competing as a charity runner for varying non-profits, but has dedicated much of her focus to WORK over the last three years. Jess uses her story of pain and perseverance to help people find confidence, connection, and community through conversation and movement.


Personal Training Session:

Personal In-Home + Outdoor Training Packages:

*1 hour sessions

  • Single Session $85

  • 5 Sessions $350, $70/hr

  • 10 Sessions $650, $65/hr

Semi-Private Training Packages:

*2 people, 1 hour sessions

  • Single Session $55/per person

  • 5 Sessions $250/person, $50/hr

  • 10 Sessions $475/person, $47.50/hr

Personal Virtual Training Packages:

*45-minute sessions

  • $250/5 sessions

  • $475/10 sessions

"I AM NOT A THERAPIST, but Mindful Miles is a concept I created because a lot of people ask me for advice or want to pick my brain about running, relationships, fundraising, personal habits, spirituality, life in general, or simply want to connect with another who has also overcome personal traumas, like abuse. I've learned through running that being shoulder to shoulder while releasing endorphins put people in a more open, creative, problem-solving, receptive, and connection-oriented mindset.
