Marina Marina was founded by two females, Nicala La Reau and Anne Faucher, who have years of combined experience within the bridal and fashion industry. Together they have the determination that bridges the gap between bridal fashion and eco-conscious led swimwear. With a clear vision for the company's future, the two have meticulously designed a collection that meets the distinct needs of brides seeking elegant, high-quality, and sustainable swimwear. What is different about Marina Marina?

We recognize that adopting eco-friendly practices is not just a passing trend but a duty. Every item is crafted with great care, utilizing recycled water and chemical-free materials, incorporating innovative polyamide that decomposes ten times faster. AMNI SOUL ECO® is eliminated from the planet in approximately 5 years, while other fibers take decades to decompose. AMNI SOUL ECO®, like other degradable products, once in landfill it decomposes into organic matter (biomass) and biogas which can be exploited as new resources for the environment and also for the cogeneration of electricity. Truly minimizing our ecological footprint.

In addition to sustainable practices, Marina Marina takes it one step further in recycling materials, believing that their love for animals and love for the planet go hand in hand!

We support Brazilian NGOs for abandoned dogs and cats by recycling and repurposing our fabric leftovers by transforming them into cozy pet beds for our local pet shelters.
For every swimsuit sold, a portion of each suits sales is reverted for animal shelters/environmental causes that resonate with our values.

What or who inspires you and why?

As part of the fashion industry, we find ourselves continually inspired by the creativity that surrounds us. When we embarked on the journey to create Marina Marina, we carefully curated designs not only based on our own preferences but also by listening to brides and those in our community about their desires. Our brand DNA is rooted in a passion for 90's runway fashion and some of the world's leading models (a hint at the names of our suits), infused with a touch of modernity to resonate with today’s bride.

Inspired by Chantilly lace, Marina Marina has created the perfect shade of white, suited for every skin tone. The suits have touches of gold plated alloy detailing with MM branded logos and rings that will not tarnish and are meant to last forever.

What is the proudest moment of your career so far?

We have both gained extensive experience in the bridal and fashion industry over the past decade through corporate business, making it incredibly rewarding to witness our own small yet, large project come to life and receive feedback from everyone who encounters it, not just locally but at a global level.
