Char & Stave Coffee is the brainchild of a team of whiskey-making experts who have taken their technical know-how and applied it to the art of coffee roasting. Their flagship roast is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee, but they also source and roast premium beans from around the world.
The Cafe
At their Ardmore cafe, Char & Stave is serving up a unique hybrid experience by not only serving delicious coffee and espresso drinks, but also featuring a full cocktail bar utilizing their own Bluebird Spirits with a focus on coffee-inspired cocktails.
